Ordering and Payment
How Do I Place An Order?When you see an item you like, click on "add to cart" and continue shopping until you are ready to complete your purchase. Then, click on "view cart" to confirm your items. After you have made any changes and updated the quantities as desired, click on "checkout" to finish. Upon completion of your order, we will send you a confirmation email, which will include your order number and receipt of the items ordered. If you have any questions contact us at 0800-988-7726, from 7am – 12am, EST, our Customer Service representatives will be more than happy to assist you. Please note we are unable to ship home items, gift-boxes and other select items to the UK. These items may be removed from your order prior to shipment. You will not be charged for the removed items. *In order to protect you, we require that the billing telephone number and the billing & shipping addresses of all UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) orders match the address that is on file with the issuing bank of the credit card. Where can I ship my order?In addition to the United States and Canada UrbanOutfitters.com is able to ship to the United Kingdom: England, Northern Ireland, Wales, and Scotland. APO's and FPO's, please refer to our domestic shipping page. For more Countries, please visit our Help! page. Please note we are unable to ship home items, gift-boxes and other select items to the UK. These items may be removed from your order prior to shipment. You will not be charged for the removed items. How Long Will My Order Take?
USPS International. Orders typically ship within 24 — 48 hours of placement. Allow 5 — 7 business days for delivery from the date your order ships. We are unable to expedite shipping to the UK. How Will My Order Be Shipped and How Much Will I Be Charged?
Orders to the UK can be shipped with Duties and Taxes due on delivery via the United States Postal Service. Rates are listed below:

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, let us know. Follow the directions on the back of the packing slip to return merchandise for credit. If you would like other items you may place another order through the web site or specify what items you would like in the "New Merchandise" area on the packing slip. Please keep in mind that the shipping fees outline above will be applied to exchange orders. We are unable to offer free shipping for orders outside of the USA. Any shipping fees associated with making returns are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded in the case of returns or exchanges. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees and will be charged accordingly. All returns and exchanges must be sent, via a trackable and prepaid method, to our returns facility, shown below. Once we receive your package, we will promptly exchange or refund the cost of the items as you instruct. Please note that Urban Outfitters is not responsible for any returns that are lost or stolen while in transit. In addition any shipping cost associated with returning merchandise back to the customer will be the responsibility of the customer and will not be paid by Urban Outfitters. USA Please remember to include the order number on your return label. Your refund will be credited back to the same card used to make the original purchase. Please allow one to two billing cycles from the day you return the merchandise for your credit to appear on your billing statement. Sorry, we cannot accept COD returns. You may also return merchandise you ordered online or though our catalog to any of our stores located in the United States. We are unable to accept online returns in our stores located outside the United States. *All orders are refunded in US dollars.
