How Will My Order Be Shipped and How Much Will I Be Charged?
Most orders will ship out within a day of ordering (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays). Your order will be shipped Standard Service unless you select an alternative. Once it is shipped, orders are generally received within 7 business days.

For overnight delivery, orders must be submitted Monday through Thursday by 10 AM Eastern Standard Time... no express delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, or P.O. Boxes. Overnight delivery orders placed on Friday by 10:00 AM will arrive on Monday. Please note that Three Day, Two Day and Overnight Delivery refers only to delivery time and not to the time needed to prepare your order. While most orders are ready for shipping within one day of ordering, some orders take additional time.
Oversized Items
Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, APO's, FPO's, and the Virgin Islands will ship USPS Priority Mail and cannot be expedited. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on-time, urbanoutfitters.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.
Additional shipping charges may be added to the Standard Shipping costs for each oversized apartment item added to your cart. This amount will be indicated in the item description and will also appear at checkout. Furniture and other oversized apartment items cannot be shipped outside of the continental U.S. They cannot be expedited, and will ship separately from other items on your order.
Shipping Restrictions
Certain items like, hairspray, nail polish remover and nail polish, are required by the U.S. Department of Transportation to be shipped by Ground. Orders with items that have DOT shipping requirements will ship via UPS Ground, and cannot be shipped outside of the contiguous 48 states. Items with special shipping requirements will be noted in the item details.
International Shipping
We ship to all of the United States and territories, APO/FPO addresses, Canada, as well as countries in Europe, Latin America, Asia, and the Middle East. For a full listing of the countries we ship to, please visit our International Help Page. Some items are not available for export. We are working toward providing delivery to more international addresses in the future.
Orders shipped to the Northwest Territories, Yukon and Nunavut will ship standard USPS International. Unfortunately, international orders cannot be expedited. All of our web site prices are in U.S. dollars, and the credit card company will calculate the exchange automatically.
Please note that while most orders sent outside of the US will ship from UrbanOutfitters in about the same amount of time as orders shipping to the US, they are subject to review by Customs upon arrival to their country of delivery.
Can You Gift Box My Order?
UrbanOutfitters.com offers two gift box options. For $4.00 per item, we'll wrap your gift item in our tissue paper, seal it with an UrbanOutfitters.com sticker, and place it in our unique UrbanOutfitters.com box. If you'd like to wrap your gift item on your own, we also offer that option. For $3.00 per item, you will receive all items mentioned above so that you can wrap your gift on your own. To select your gift wrap option, check the Gift Services option during checkout.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer Gift-Wrap for ordders shipping to addresses outside of the USA. We apologize if this causes any inconvenience.
Confirmation of Shipment
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail informing you that the order has shipped. Click here to login and check the status of your order.
When Will I Be Charged?
Once your order has shipped, your credit card will be charged. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with appropriate shipping and tax, where applicable. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. We are not responsible for typographical errors.
